Paper copy arrived today with datestamp of 30 May (only sent yesterday).

Please advise if I am the ONLY owner who did not receive email and paper reminder for levies in a timely manner. This time, as I had predicted that you would delay the delivery of the letter, I instructed my family to pay on time to not allow the possibility for you to change extra fees..

As I am too busy with much more important work, I request that all future notices be sent by post to my address well in advance. I am not the one who handles payments at home so paper copy is needed.

I looked in my records of emails and letters received from Waratah Strata and did not find invoice for levies that are due at the end of May 2017.

Please send me the letter with paper copy of the invoice as soon as possible for Lot 158.
