You are requested to provide me with the following strata documents
(all good and reputable strata agencies would list them on their web portals
free for all owners):

1. Copy of the transactions registered with the Land and Property Information NSW
during 2016 and 2017 (whatever applies).

2. Copy of the new contract with Uniqueco (building management contract).

3. Copy of the EC meeting that had to be held straight after the AGM 2017 or
soon afterwards, with clear details of the elected Chairperson, Secretary and
the Treasurer.

4. Copy of the audited accounts for SP52948 in FY 2016/2017 (financial year ending
on 31 August 2017). 

5. Copy of the proxy votes for AGM 2017.

6. Details of the alledged tender for elevator contract that was in the end awarded to
Liftronics.

7. Details of ALL payments for painting project in the complex, including payments to
painting consultant, up to today's date.

8. Details of what exactly was painted on the townhouses.

9, Details of the outstanding painting tasks for the complex (like louvres from the inside
that I documented at least six times to your office and EC members).

10. Copy of the fire safety inspections for 2017.

11. Copy of OH&S audit for 2017.
