We are the strata managers for this residential
complex of 219
units and townhouses at 1-15 Fontenoy Road, North Ryde – SP
52948.
There is an owner in the complex, who for the last
year has made
continuous unfounded complaints regarding the Executive
Committee and the
management of the complex, resulting in him making unsuccessful
applications to
the CTTT. This owner was previously on the Executive Committee
until
October 2010.
Could you please provide a quotation for your
services to advise
the committee on what action can be taken against this owner as
it is believed
that he is a “vexatious litigant” with the hopeful intention of
having a CTTT
order imposed against him.
We would also require your advice on how quickly you
can act in
regards to this matter as this owner has already advised that
another
application has been lodged with the CTTT.
Your prompt response in regards to this matter will
be appreciated.
