Waratah Strata Management and Uniqueco Property Services repeatedly:

a) Turned blind eye to practice of external visitors being trained on tennis courts and in swimming pool in the complex,

b) Directly support black economy because these lessons are paid in cash,

c) Owners corporation does not benefit from such use of common property,

d) Such use of common property is not approved via Special Resolution or Special By-Law at any legally-convened meeting.
