A few photos of piece of cloth forgotten and ignored behind Block A left rotting in the rain in the midst of garden bed.

The piece of clothing has been left there for more than a month.

Two issues:

1. Gardening is not being visited regularly, or

2. Cleaning of rubbish not done efficiently.
