Hi,

I would like to raise three concerns that require immediate attention:

1) The current failings of the maintenance of the complex by Uniqueco Pty Ltd and staff, see attachment.

2) In anticipation of the EGM, through this email I submit an official request to the Secretary of the EC:

All my Motions that were excluded at AGM 2017 to be re-added to the agenda for the next EGM/AGM 2018

3) EC SP52948 do not have an official Secretary, Treasurer and Chairperson since the AGM on 24 October 2017 (four months now). I obtained a copy of the agenda at Waratah Strata Management website today, and it confirms  SMA 2015 and SSMR 2016 has not been complied with.

In addition, for the third time in one year, Waratah Strata Management failed to send the agenda for EC meeting to Lot 158.

I am always open to talk to these points in detail, if addressed with respect and fairness.
