Smoking problems continue.

Evidence from Block D shows that owners are not informed via notice board about repeated smoking issues.

In addition, photos taken near gazebo today show that cigarette butts are still thrown in the garden.

Notice boards in SP52948 are selectively used.

For the last 10 years, depending on times of their employment with SP52948, BCS Strata Management, Waratah Strata Management, Universal Strata Services, Uniqueco Property Services, and EC members failed to issue proper compliance notices for repeated offenders for smoking  and failed to take serious actions, including financial penalties.
