I conducted strata document search at Waratah Strata Management on 31
May 2019 and found several documents that show attempts of manipulation
of Ryde Council by Waratah Strata Management and Uniqueco Property Services.

Last time, Ryde Council rejected the request for parking in May 2017.

proves the real reason for push to illegally use public space for car
parking: it is due to improper use of garages in townhouses.

shows how Waratah Strata Management and EC members planned to
bully/blackmail council staff to approve public land for parking
