Hi,

The problem occurred again this morning at around 06:50 hours.

Instead of going to basement, the elevator changed direction and went to level 5, where an old man of Indian-subcontinent origin entered the enclosure. He was as much surprised to see another person...

The old person disembarked on ground flood.

Please provide a response what is being done and the timeframe to rectify this issue.

Regards,
