I will not comment about unprofessional comments you made
without any facts.
Police Event was opened, to clear all doubts about it.
Thank you for the video dated in 2017, Mr. XY was not dressed in Uniqueco uniform at the time of the event, so the CCTV footage is very important now.
In regards to the alleged assault of Mr. XY in May 2017, the
attached document with part of the evidence in the court explains
everything. Mr. XY actually assaulted me but I stayed calm because
I cannot abuse my martial arts skills unless serious event
occurs. Carefully check the CCTV footage and verify it.
This still stands:

Thank you.
Your email is a regurgitated old information that actually confirms Mr. XY was often showing suddenly whenever female owner of 158 was in garage areas. Number of evidence exist to prove it.
It is true that we tried to reason with Uniqueco Property Services many times to avoid health problems, legal cases, prevent financial losses, and stop waste of time. To no avail. Events in 2018 and today show it.
It appears you are upset only because so much evidence has been ollected about poor services and repeated repairs your company provides.
Lot 158 has no interest in your staff or your life, but for their own hard-earned money expect professional services and ethical behaviour.
Lot 158 is not the only owner who complains about your staff. As an example, last week, you got our email from a female tenant who complained about Mr. XY. You did not reply.
Of importance for today's event:
Uniqueco Property Services refuses to provide access to CCTV,
Uniqueco Property Services does not deny the video/photo records were taken by their staff for no valid reasons and without being provoked,
Uniqueco Property Services does not deny the yelling towards Lot 158 who were simply standing inside the tennis court area and taking photos of the damages,
Uniqueco Property Services is aware of repeated pleas to refrain from stalking or intimidating female owner of Lot 158, especially when it is well known she is very ill and that stress and fear can cause her death or major stroke with catastrophic consequences (that was documented and confirmed with medical records in the past, which Uniqueco Property Services ignored).
As a side note, damaged tennis court two is allegedly due to rust (written statement by Uniqueco Property Services). Rust occurs only when the maintenance is not done or not done properly. Owners corporation must not pay for it, and certainly not Lot 158.
Regards,
