I need to take some evidence of activities on roof area in Block C and
MDF room.
We did it together on 1 March 2017 and now is important time to
conclude the details.
Could you please organise time when we can do it together, or with
some of your staff? I am very bust with preparation for the general meeting
that will bring lot of changes and my own work but can do it after 17:00
hours weekdays, or on Saturday mornings. I envisage not more than 20 minutes
will be needed.
If you are not willing to do it, just let me know.
Out of interest, would you pay somebody to paint louvres without treating
the rust from internal side of the buildings if it were your own home,
like the photos show?
How long before we do it again, like around $20,000,00 wasted on garden beds
in period 2013-2015 without any worthy benefits to owners corporation?
Final note, evidence has been collected that our complex has had problems with quorum at
general meetings for 16 years. That means decisions about contracts and
large expenses are based on weak grounds. An example enclosed herewith.
