This
is 10th complaint that Waratah Strata Management and Uniqueco
Property Services failed to attend to since 20 December 2018, in
spite of all pleas and warnings about health consequences and other
issues to Lot 158 and owners in general (not to mention breaches of
fire safety regulations).
Photos taken at 06:32 hours this morning and 19:17 hours this
evening prove the following whilst Uniqueco Property Services staff
were at work:
a) Cigarette butts were found near Fire Door 2 in Block A in the
morning.
b) During the day, additional cigarette butts were added to the
pile, without any cleaning.
Waratah Strata Management and Uniqueco Property Services keep on
ignoring SP52948 By-Laws and SSMA 2015 regulations.
