Hi,

I tried very hard to reason with all of you and the Building Managers.
Every opportunity to speak openly with me or meet was given.
You chose to go along the path of continuous threats without evidence,
intimidation, defamation, ridicule, false statements, gossip (we will deal with
statements about my alleged rubbish bin checks and taking photos inside
properties which are well documented to be plain lies, Lot 3 CTTT case,
Lot 3 insurance claims, Lot 3 hidden Special By-Law, and much more).

More than anything else, deliberate steps towards my wife who is very ill and
stressed out because of stalking and following, and statements by various staff
and EC members.

A brief check of the complex shows the status as it is now.
Instead of pro-active, we constantly deal with reactive maintenance
at additional costs.

Check of firedoor 3 in the basement yet again confirms that it
is not compliant with the safety regulations.

Reasoning with Building Manager Mr. Carbone is not possible due to his lack of duty
of care and professionalism.

You are kindly asked to share this document with him, and, of course,
ALL owners.

For your reference, when you pleaded with owners to prevent me from
sending emails to educate and inform them and also ask me to stop doing it
(like Mr. Stan Pogorelsky trying to disallow me from sending documents about
what I allege to be an insurance fraud to CHU lawyers - more details will be
revealed in due course of time), only ONE owner did so:

Lot 5, close friend of EC members and especially Mrs. Lorna Zelenzuk

AGM 2017 will have to provide details of ALL payments and settlement of
full levies BEFORE the meeting, and nobody can attend or be declared valid
to vote until that is in place. Belated payments (including 10% interest) for
all previous years must be fully documented and reasons provide to all owners.
In the past, EC members approved removal of owners from general meetings
who were in debt of as little as around ONE DOLLAR.

It is also time to gather all tenders for contract renewals for building management and
strata management.
