Good afternoon,
This is the third attempt to communicate with
Economos in regards to alleged audited accounts for strata plan
SP52948.
Many differences between audited Income & Expenditure Report
presented for FY 2018 at AGM 2018 and AGM 2019 (found in 10 minutes
of going through spreadsheets) were found.
Two serious data losses (In April/May 2018) and ransomware
attack in February 2019 happened to SP52948 strata file at Waratah
Strata Management.
At AGM 2019, when asked about alleged lost strata files and
differences in financial reports, Waratah Strata Management
simply replied that there was no need to
deal with them because Economos conducted the audit in FY 2018 and
2019 and Economos guaranteed the quality of the
report.
