Welcome to the blog of NSW strata investigative journalism

Subject: SUMMARY: NCAT SC 20/33352 and files for Jeffery Wang
Date: 25/9/20, 3:59 pm

Good afternoon,

On 18 August 2020 we asked members of the committee to act reasonably and avoid unnecessary costs to all parties. No response was received.

We again offer the following and expect reasonable response now.

a) Agree with us to deliver documents to you in one of the following forms (safe, virus-free, reliable, and low-cost):

    CD-ROM, or

    USB key, or

Online, via secure web site and special access (provided herewith).

It is reasonable to do it that way because it:

1. NCAT allows it in their Procedural Direction 1:

Documents do not need to be served in one of the ways set out above if the receiving party (or their representative) agrees to accept service of the
documents by some other means.

2. Saves unnecessary paperwork and waste of natural resources,

3. Avoids unnecessary costs of printing, which we intend to charge owners corporation after we confirm that Lot 158 is legal member of the committee,

4. Some files are color photographs which would not look correct in black-and-white prints and NCAT insists of them being printed one-sided and in colour,

5. Some files are in video format which cannot be printed.

b) Your website access.

Not to be shared with any party without disclosure. No files can be shared with any party without disclosure.
