Good evening,

Around 11:30 hours today.

Two witnesses can confirm that known smoker was in their garage and smoking at the time.

The two witnesses were forced to use elevator in Block D due elevator in Block A being out of order. Whilst walking towards Block A, the smoker was found sitting in their garage and smoking on the right-hand side of their parked car towards the back of the garage.

The unplesant and intrusive smoke was clearly detectable in basement areas of Block A near rubbish bins and towards Lot 158 garage.

Travel of the two witnesses through Block A and D is most certainly available on SP52948 CCTV.
