Subject: FOR CONSIDERATION AND OFFICIAL RESPONSE: Elevator in Block A caused tenants in Lot 158 to travel in wrong direction sixth time on 28Jan2019

For strata records...

Sixth occurrence of elevator in Block A going in wrong direction in short period of several months...

At around 11:30 hours on Monday, 28 January 2019, two tenants from Lot 158 called the elevator to go to the basement.

When the elevator arrived from the lower floors, it stopped on level 2, picked up two passengers from Lot 158 and then went up to level 5 instead of going down (there seems to be a patter emerging with these problems).

On level 5, few tenants embarked.

The elevator on the way down stopped on level 2 again (where there were no passengers to pick up any loner) and then continued to the basement.

The tenants from level 5 confirmed that these problems were becoming regular as they witnessed it themselves.
