Hi,

Video and photo evidence has been collected over multiple days where three fire doors in the basement were opened outside the designated hours for prolonged periods.

a) Two versions of the signs were put on the fire doors. Attached examples from 19 July 2019 and 4 August 2019 prove it.

The second version includes opening hours on weekends.

b) Yesterday, the daily shift staff did not close the fire doors at 14:30 hours and did the neither the security guard close it until around 19:30 hours when Lot 158 collected video evidence.

A member of the Executive Committee happened to be a witness of the security and fire safety risks last night. Within minutes after Lot 158 went to check other fire doors, fire door 2 was closed.

As a side note, the fire doors are very unsightly with terrible visual appearance due to unpainted and scratched areas.

Regards,
