Good morning,

This is an official request for legal reasons:

In late 2018 and more than three months in 2019 (Lot 158 forced closure of gate towards M2 on 10 March 2019 after Ryde Council orders), EC members, maintenance staff, and Waratah Strata Management DELIBERATELY IGNORED Condition 27 in Development Consent 288/94 for Recreational Area towards M2 motorway and secretly allowed use of that land for illegal parking. In addition, they blamed Lot 158 for enforcing the law.

Request is addressed directly to Mrs. Marianna Paltikian, as alleged Secretary of the EC:

a) Do you still support statements about blaming Lot 158 for preventing illegal parking on Lot 202 DP848752 440 Lane Cove Road classified as Public Recreation Space
Zone RE1?

b) Provide evidence that minutes of EC meetings and letters sent to owners in secretly in 2019 corrected false information about Lot 158 in relation to illegal parking on council land?

c) Provide evidence or statement about the owners/drivers of Radio Rental van which parked illegally on council land. Attached photos from 13 and 14 January 2019 are provided as examples.

d) Provide evidence why Lot 88 supported this illegal activity, which they were made aware of in email dated 9 August 2018 (attachment "SP52948-EC-and-Waratah-Strata-Management-aware-of-illegal-parking-on-council-land-9Aug2018.webp").

e) Provide evidence of the responses to Lot 158 by Secretary of the EC (or their representative) for continuous and repetitive warnings about illegal parking on council land (as per attachments).

f) Did you, or any representative of EC Secretary, notify Ryde Council of covert actions that EC members, maintenance staff, and Waratah Strata management took to bypass development regulations?
