A copy of the AGM Minutes and By-Laws are being posted to you today as requested. A copy of the lift contract is not being posted.
As you insist on receiving correspondence by post, in future please post any requests for information. Any emailed requests will be ignored.

Waratah Strata Management will close for the Christmas - New Year holiday period at 5.00pm on Friday 22 December 2017 and reopen at 9.00am on Monday 8 January 2018. During this period please call our after hours emergency service on 1300 730 214 for any urgent repairs.
I will be taking an additional weeks leave both before and after that period, so will be away from Friday 15 December until Monday 15 January. Waratah staff will only attend to urgent building maintenance issues on my behalf during this period. All other routine management issues will be dealt with upon my return.

Hello,
You are requested to provide me with the copy of the elevator contract with Liftronic (as signed by all parties) in paper format (no emails).
This is in addition to a requests for a paper copy of Minutes of AGM 2017 and new By-Laws.
