Please provide prompt information if current committee members (excluding those who are not financial) intend to seek at least three tenders for two major contracts and submit them at AGM 2020:

Building manager

Strata manager

It must be put to test and owners allowed to decide:

a) If there are better service providers,

b) If there are cheaper service providers,

c) If there is benefit in separating contracts and providers for:

    cleaning,

    security,

    general building management.

d) If current service providers provide good and reliable services, with duty of care, according to their contracts, and in compliance with laws and regulations.
