Good morning,

In recent times, it has been observed maintenance staff not parking their vehicles in designated slot in the complex. Rather, they use common property, even though their slot isĀ  free and unused.

That is in:

a) Non-compliance with SP52948 By-Law 2 and 3.

b) Non-compliance with maintenance contract Sections 6.4 and 7.2, dated 27 November 2017, which was signed by two unfinancial owners at the time.

Event today:

1. maintenance staff was parked without valid reason in no-parking zone in the basement near Block C, in spite of clear signs on the concrete.

2. Designated parking slot for maintenance near tennis court was unused and free at the time.

3. Lot of other parking slots outside the complex were free at the time.

4. Lot of slots along the Fontenoy Road were free at the time.

5. maintenance staff did not conduct any activity that required their car to be parked in no-parking zone.

6. Similar event from December 2017 is enclosed herewith. As usual, no response or action followed by Warata Strata Management and maintenance staff.

Regards,
