Good afternoon,
Whilst we were absent from home today, vent grille in one bathroom fell
out into the bathtub. We found out about it upon our return.
Photo evidence is enclosed herewith. We will leave the vent grille in
the bathtub as we found it.
Video evidence is kept as a secondary proof of the event.
Lot 158 submits the following request:
Would you please organize the replacement or proper repair of the
23-year old vent grille as soon as practicable (without any cost to Lot
158).
