Good evening,
Re: Retention of CCTV footage
We are sending this email as per Government Information (Public Access) Act 2009 application, subpoena or other court order that may require the production of CCTV footage as follows:
Location: SP52948 Lot 158 garage CCTV camera in basement of Block A
Description: SP52948-Lot-181-non-compliancewith-By-Law-3-unsafe-bike-riding-and-unnecessary-harassment-of-Lot-158-in-basement-area-1Nov2021
Date: 24 February 2023
Times: Approximately between 18:43 and 18:44 hours
We request that SP52948 retains the CCTV footage and pass it to us.
We ask that SP52948 ensures the footage is not destroyed and confirms in writing that it has been retained. It is emphasized that number of previous requests for CCTV were ignored, including one on 29 June 2020 for Mr. Stan Pogorelsky, which Mr. Frank Tallaridi responded to a month later (on 23 July 2020) with message that "the footage of the incident from the 29 June 2020 was not available, as the footage overwrites after 18 days and advice to keep that footage was not noted".
Between 18:43 hours and 18:44 hours on 24 February 2023, basement area below Block A: two owners from Lot 158 were leaving the elevator when Mr. Stan Pogorelsky rushed to enter, leaving limited space for exit. This is not the first time his ignorant attitude was on display.
Mr. Pogorelsky had to be asked three times to vacate space in front of elevator, and even hands had to be used to display the amount of space for safe distance. He reluctantly withdrew whilst mumbling something...
By trying not to keep safe distance (in spite of what any reasonable person would do in time of continuous Covid-19 issues) Mr. Pogorelsky deliberately exhibited behaviour that borders with harassment, nuisance, and silly attempt of intimidation.
We have no relationship with Lot 181 and no interest in having one. His erratic behavior was deliberate and unjustified.
Video evidence from CCTV recording from camera in Block A basement can confirm this event.
