Subject: Action required: Repeated illegal parking by Lot 181 visitor who used to be owner and EC member

As this is not an isolated incident, and linked to the same visitor (who happens to be an ex-owner and EC member in the complex), immediate action is required.

As well, Lot 181 should receive official warning about behaviour of his visitor, who act in non-compliance with standard by-laws:

This evening, from at least around 17:00 till 20:45 hours, this visitor parked his van next to the garbage room in front of the complex. The area is strictly designed for open access to the garbage room and only short-term parking is allowed, especially when there is enough free spaces in the visitors' area.

There are number of other activities that this visitor (ex-EC member and owner in the complex) performed in the complex without authority:

* Had garage gate wireless device until I reported it,

* Conducted electrical repairs in Unit 163 without tradesmen's licence,

* Charged excessive fees for repairs of the obsolete PC in the Caretaker's office (invoices easily confirm it).

I personally witnessed him coming back at 20:45 hours in car of EC Member and going towards his van. Visitor's girlfriend (or partner?) came out of the car as well.

So, the visitor was offsite (not even in a complex) for some period of time. It is easy to confirm for how long, because the security camera can verify when Lot 181 car left the garage.

When I approached the visitor with question why was he parked illegally, he responded that he had permission, and acted angrily. He declined to answer who gave him such privilege and left hastily.

I spoke to security guard and confirmed that the visitor originally gave assurance he would be staying for "shorter period of time".

It is not the first time that this visitor lied to me. He tried to do it when I asked him about having garage gate pass as well.

Please take reasonable measures to prevent such unnecessary abuse of common property and apply the same rules for all. I have seen when some visitors got warning stickers for much smaller abuse of carpark space. if there is need to put another clear sign of "no parking" in that area, then so be it...

This complex does not need people who think they are of higher importance or can act illegally.

PS. Due to lack of actions, I have personally notified Woolworths' about Lot 181 illegal "ownership" of their trolley. There is one more trolley in his garage to deal with.
