Hello Simon,

For a while now we have had two abandoned Coles' trolleys in front of our complex. I waited for a week to see action by anybody else, but nothing happened.

On Central Coast, where I have a weekend house, I usually report them to a special email address and Coles truck comes and picks them up within a day.

Same thing will happen at our complex tomorrow. I reported them to Coles via email this evening, and they responded straight away.

Could you please notify the caretaker and the staff working in our complex so that they can handle similar cases in the future. I am confident this is an easy task for them.
