Hello,

Over the last couple of years letterboxes were attacked and vandalised in SP52948 numerous times. Last time, I reported it for another unit only three weeks ago when envelopes addressed to that owner were ripped open and "accidentally" left in my letterbox.

My letterbox was not one of those vandalised until today.

When I checked the letterbox today (my family does it every single afternoon) it was wide-open and it is questionable if something is missing.

Since it was not a forced break-in (lock was cleanly open), I request the replacement of the lock in the same manner as it was done for another owner in the complex several months ago (documented in the minutes of the EC meeting).

I deal with some very sensitive documents on occasion and their loss can cause lot of trouble.

Please address this immediately.
