FAILED BY-LAW COMPLIANCE: SP52948 Small dog near elevator in Block A not carried in a suitable carrier on 19Apr2021 |

At around 09:45 hours today, small dog in company of a parent and a girl
from Lot 164 were witnessed walking through basement and near elevator
in Block A. The dog was on a leash.
When they approached the elevator, we kindly advised them about
non-compliance with the regulations. The girl promptly took the dog into
her hands and carried it into the elevator.
In this specific case it appears that:
a) Tenants in Lot 164 were not aware of current By-Laws in the complex,
which they should have received immediately after they were updated.
Lodgement of changes to By-Laws is done by a Consolidation/Change of
By-Laws form. Tenants must be notified of any change in By-Laws promptly.
b) By talking to other tenants in SP52948, none of them appear to have
received latest By-Laws.
c) Tenants in Lot 218 have also been observed and witnessed number of
times with a small dog without a leash on common property inside the
complex.
