Light walk around the complex on 22 July 2020 with duties of legal member of the committee:

Owners paid more than $700,000.00 for major repairs (and painting) in 2017 and since then all the above items have been redone without warranties multiple times.

In these tough times, every dollar for an owner or investor is very valuable, especially since some of them have been unfortunate to lose jobs, or work only limited hours because of COVID-19. Their money is hard to earn and musty not be wasted by anyone.

Current value of the building manager contract is $336,377.60.

Good morning,

This is a repeated request for maintenance. It has been ignored so far.

Multiple request to confirm the warranties on these repairs were met with silence.

Not only owners paid at least $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 for garden bed repairs in last five years alone, but their status is deteriorating beyond control.

In addition, as lot of children and playing in the common area, some metal plates started moving due to wall dislocations, so they are a concern of children getting hurt or cutting themselves on sharp edges.

Attached SP52948-metal-plate-hiding-garden-bed-wall-damages-photo-44-26Sep2020.webp is especially good example of neglect. It is near Block D.
