Good afternoon,
Four units have had major renovations without decision at general
meetings, in non-compliance with SSMA 2015.
In addition, massive prolonged noise problems and cleanliness in the
complex were apparent.
Photos taken also show that unit in Block B was sending dust and dirt
through sun-room to outside area, including walk path to bus stop
without being stopped by building manager staff.
