Subject: URGENT INQUIRY SP52948 response to City of Ryde Development Proposal LDA2021/0095 due by 7May2021
Date: 05/07/18 20:40

Good evening,

By talking to number of owners and tenants, it appears none of the are aware of City of Ryde Development Proposal LDA2021/0095.

It also appears that neither strata manager nor committee members had any consultation with owners and tenants, or wrote a joint response on behalf of 218 owners in the complex.

This issue will be of crucial importance to everybody in the area as it affects traffic, light pollution, wind effects, risks of soil instability due to excavations, time-to-travel, noise, privacy, safety, views over Lane Cove National Park, significant demolition works, potential overflow of parking on Fontenoy Road, potential decrease in property values, and more.

City of Ryde LDA2021/0095 building proposal in Eden Gardens across the road:

Ryde Council allows only three weeks for public consultation, which ends on 7 May 2021. Lot 158 is preparing their response to City of Ryde and it will be ready in next two days.

City of Ryde provided 20 documents with 687 pages, that ordinary person will certainly not be able to read and understand:

There are lot of concerns about the proposal. Lot 158 is prepared to share their submission only if official response is received.
