The work is:
a) Allegedly for new CCTV cameras.
b) Not announced to owners.
c) No staff of Uniqueco Property Services were monitoring two staff from
external company when we went to our garage at around 09:35 hours.
d) Carried out on Saturday, without need for emergency.
e) Total cost of new cameras not approved or announced at any legally-convened meeting.

PS. In 2010/2011 we had huge expenses due to poor work in Block A which
was supposed to provide electricity for Optus mobile antennae system,
which Lot 158 successfully prevented. Insurance refused the claim that
"sudden building movement" caused it (such statements made by strata
manager, committee members and the electrical contractor at the time).
