Good morning,

The timing of this report is crucial for next events. Immediate attention to all four problems is required, for the safety and health of Lot 158 tenants in the first instance.

On a separate note, without going into details (Lot 158 hired expensive solicitors to deal with further NCAT actions), Solicitor Adrian Mueller made claim that all Respondents were valid members of the committee as of date of NCAT Hearing on 11 February 2021 (Tribunal member asked him twice to confirm it), and made the same explicit statement listing Mr. Moses Levitt in alleged costs submissions last week. There is so much you are not aware of yet and you were given many opportunities to act without legal costs, whilst exposing Lot 158 to ridicule, harassment, intimidation, and threats, as shown in latest minutes of EC meeting too.

Lot 158 email correspondence to Waratah Strata Management: 381 messages were sent in period 2 January 2019 to 9 May 2021. Examples of repetitive emails that Waratah Strata Management and committee members largely ignored:

The attachment contains full details of problems in Lot 158 as of today.

Note that water leak near electrical lighting in sunroom is now fully confirmed (creating potential fire hazard, poor smell, and electrocution risks), after recent rains.
