To be shared with all owners, Fair Trading NSW, and at AGM 2019.

Lot 158 has made every possible effort to reason with strata agencies and EC members.

To make sure the court has evidence (and prove that the court's time is not wasted by Waratah Strata Management and EC members), here are JUST A FEW examples that fall into last 12 months.

None of the five current or previous EC members replied, or offered evidence to refute the claims.

By the same token, collected evidence of defamation of owners of Lot 158 is significant, deliberate, orchestrated, and persistent.
