Waratah Strata Management and maintenance staff ignored our complaint and took no action since 16 September 2019.

On 16/9/19 7:52 pm, SP52948 owner wrote:

Poor maintenance of tennis court area.

We also report that due to sharp wires protruding on the fence (broken
wiring on the fence and not properly maintained), female owner of Lot
158 got several scratches and hurt herself trying to retrieve the tennis
ball. This is now kept for legal reasons.
