Good afternoon,

Teamviewer staff responded to inquiry about poor service during document search and frequent timeouts.

They were caused by Waratah Strata Management provided Lot 158 with wrong type of account at Teamviewer. It was "free access license", which disallows any user from normal session when connected to Teamviewer site.

Teamviewer staff stated that it was Waratah Strata Management duty to provide customer with correct version of the account for access to strata documents. SP52948 owners cannot be expected to pay several hundreds of dollars to access strata files remotely. If that is the only option, all owners need to be notified and decide why files are not available at Waratah Strata web portal.

Recent letter by Solicitor Adrian Mueller about access to strata files is nonsensical and worthless. He again regurgitates same old statement about "rights to access to strata files" which he knows quite well doe snot apply in this strata complex.

Please provide us, free of charge for repeated access to SP52948 for one hour, as already paid for in June 2022. That service failed due to wrong type of account provided to Lot 158.

PS. Invoice for $5,000.00 dated 1 July 2022 for alleged costs for Solicitor Adrian Mueller has still not been received by SP52948 (in spite of payment already been completed). Will that money be hidden and not declared in Admin Fund?

And has money been repaid to insurance company yet?

a) Timeouts imposed by TeamView was based on fact they considered our access to be commercial type, as per attachments:

Our time was significantly wasted so no cost will be accepted for poor services.

b) It is now very obvious that Solicitor Adrian Mueller, Waratah Strata Management, and committee members had premeditated plan to cover legal costs without without disclosure to Office of Legal Services Commissioner and Supreme Court, in spite of advanced warnings to be mindful of criminal consequences of such actions.
