It is also very obvious that EC members strongly favoured BCS Strata Management and had three secret meetings before AGM 2016 to ensure their contract renewal continued. Only due to pressure from owners and Lot 158, they were unable to do it.

Strata Manager Simon Brikha from BCS Strata Management nicely summarised reasons why they lost the SP52948 contract.
