Subject: UPDATED SUMMARY: SP52948 Lot 181 and and gas levies for owners and Fair Trading NSW

Hi,

Please provide evidence that this document is forwarded to owners and Fair Trading NSW immediately.

In late November 2018, Lot 181 was approached privately and in confidence to comment, refute, or provide additional evidence about unpaid gas levies.

There were some of the questions sent to Lot 181 at the time (similar emails were sent to a group of 10 other owners):

a) Highlight and provide any evidence of Lot 181 being defamed by Lot 158 in legal context, or their reputation was harmed by way of Lot 181 publications, or Lot 158 publications were offensive to them.

Any evidence that supports Lot 181 response will be addressed with duty of care.

b) Provide any evidence that the information in any of Lot 158 previous emails and the attachment provided herewith is based on false, or misleading, or incorrect statements.

Any evidence that can counter Lot 158 claims will be addressed with fairness and duty of care.

c) Provide any objections and reasons as to why this attachment should not be published for owners, since they (and Lot 158) paid for private expenses of Lot 181.

Instead of replying, Lot 181 forwarded the email to Waratah Strata Management without authorisation and continued to act without proper payment of levies (including withholding information about lost USB with all strata files for period before 1 February 2017 until March 2019 although the event happened in March/April 2018).

Regards,
