Hi,

It is difficult to comprehend the lack of customer service and duty of care.

I hereby send an updated summary of SOME of the problems in SP52948 and my own property.

Spot checking the complex over the last several weeks uncovered many items, including fire and safety issues, lack of cleaning in areas that are not visited by owners regularly, health issues, and so on.

In case of Lot 158:

a) Bubbling on the wall due to water ingress, which is seemingly getting larger in recent times,

b) Air filtering in one bathroom and laundry room still below the levels in the other bathroom,

For other items, I do not need to speak much. Video and photo evidence, and documents are sufficient.
