Hello,
As more information becomes available, due to delays in running the general meeting, another Motion for AGM 2014 is submitted now.
Solicitor Adrian Mueller was paid $62,218.77 from common funds in last two years (that is in accordance with official invoices, it is quite possible that more is undisclosed).
My Motion at the AGM 2014 (due in next several weeks)
To authorise Office of Legal Services Commissioner to conduct their investigation in regards to processional misconduct of Solicitor Mr. Adrian Mueller
The evidence to be presented at the AGM 2014 will include, but not be limited to, details of forged evidence, false statements at CTTT Hearings, solicitation to submit false Statutory Declaration by ex-Strata manager Mr. Peter Bone, helping Executive Committee with advice about introduction of Special By-Law for water and gas reimbursements at AGM 2012, overcharging owners corporation).
Through this message, I officially submit this motion.
