Good afternoon,
This is sent in compliance with SSMA 2015 Section 43 and based on strong
statement with irrefutable evidence that lot 158 is legal member of the
Executive Committee. Please provide:
Copy of the correspondence between Waratah Strata Management and Fair
Trading NSW in file 9761719 refuting all statements of Lot 158. Waratah
Strata Management allegedly stated that no failures were done in
relation to the legislative requirements of the Property, Stock and
Business Agents Act 2002 and the Strata Schemes Management Act 2015 and
associated regulation.
It is also requested that their correspondence be published to all owners.
