Subject: FOR SP52948 RECORDS: Strong cigarette smell in garage area below Block A continues on 4Feb2020
Date: 4/2/20, 6:34 pm

Good evening,

Every incident is worth keeping record of. It will be useful.

Around 18:40 hours on Tuesday, 4 February 2020.

Whilst parking the car in Lot 158 garage, strong cigarette smell came through.

Three witnesses can confirm that known person was in their garage at the time and talking on the mobile phone.

Whether the presence of an owner in garage near rubbish bins below Block A is related to strong cigarette smell is something that maintenance staff and Waratah Strata Management need to investigate, attend to, and resolve in accordance with applicable strata laws permanently.

The unpleasant and intrusive smoke was clearly detectable in basement areas of Block A near rubbish bins and towards Lot 158 garage.

Travel of the three witnesses through Block A is most certainly available on SP52948 CCTV.

Thank you.
