To make the request more efficient.
Official Secretary of the EC is Bcc-ed herewith (like in all submissions this week) due to proven evidence of Waratah Strata Management losing strata files and correspondence, and not replying and action to inquiries. If Secretary of the EC has the problem with being notified, they MUST reply to Lot 158 in person.
Report of the audited accounts for FY 2017 and 2018 was never provided to owners, which should have been part of the agenda for the Annual General Meetings.
Lot 158 requests immediate release of the reports, which MUST have been completed before the AGMs. It is also required to provide copies of quarterly GST reports to the ATO.
It is strongly suggested not to delay this action.

As per Clause 21 of the Strata Schemes Management Regulations 2016 that the accounts and financial statements of the owners corporation with budget above $250,000.00 must be audited before presentation at AGM in accordance with Section 95 of the Strata Schemes Management Act 2015, and based on evidence that number of serious financial errors were found after the AGM 2017 and 2018, it is requested to provide contact details of the Auditor for SP52948 for FY 2017 and 2018.
Secretary of the Executive Committee as per SSMA 2015 Section 43(f) must respond to this request.
