We were deliberating whether to report this. And the outcome was:
YES. Every incident is worth keeping record of. It will be
useful.
Around 20:55 hours on Wednesday, 21 January 2020.
Whilst parking the car in Lot 158 garage, strong cigarette smell
came through.
Two witnesses can confirm that known person was in their garage at
the time and talking on the mobile phone.
The unpleasant and intrusive smoke was clearly detectable in
basement areas of Block A near rubbish bins and towards Lot 158
garage.
Travel of the two witnesses through Block A is most certainly
available on SP52948 CCTV.
