Thanks for your time today. To confirm our discussion.

1. Sgt (name screened) will continue to review the material relating to stat decs and insurance concerns.  She has been provided with your contact details and will be in contact in due course.

2. In respect to all other matters raised. No further investigation is taking by the NSWPF and I appreciate your understanding in respect to some of the minor failings relating to the recording of some incidents and feedback to yourself. For what its worth please accept my apology for those instances.

3. In respect to your recent concern relating to a message circulated within your complex.   Police records reviewed,  do not indicate when or how other parties to the investigations may have been contacted.

It is plausible that each individual at some point during the investigations were provided with advice from the investigating officers that no further actions was anticipated. It would be extremely unlikely for blanket information of this kind to be released to a third party given it relates to varied incidences over many years.
