Hello,

1. I asked for this on 28 June 2013 and you failed to provide response.

2. Mr. Bruce Copland asked you to explain it on 29 June 2013. You failed to respond to him either.

3. Mr. Bruce Copland asked you again on 10 July 2013 and you provided a brief answer stating:

BEGIN QUOTE
This charge relates to the same day (urgent) delivery of Lot 158 paperwork to J S Mueller & Co. in Rockdale.

Now is a very convenient time to remind you about it and force the response in accordance with:

NSW Strata Schemes Management Act 1996
Division 2 - Members and office holders of the executive committee
22 What are the functions of the secretary of an owners corporation?

  (a) to prepare and distribute minutes of meetings of the owners corporation
and submit a motion for confirmation of the minutes of any meeting of the
owners corporation at the next such meeting,
  (c) to enable the inspection of documents on behalf of the owners
corporation in accordance with section 108,
  (d) to answer communications addressed to the owners corporation
  ...

... Please forward my request to Secretary of the committee (who happens to be the same person as Treasurer and the Strata manager) to provide the full report and details for the following:

a) Copy of the invoice by the Courier company issued for services completed on 19 April 2013.

b) Copy of the courier engagement (exact times when the courier picked up paperwork from your office and delivered to the Solicitor).

c) Explanation why the invoice was hidden in Strata Manager's invoice and not listed separately.
