Subject: REQUEST FOR INFORMATION: Payment of levies for the EC members
Date: 26/12/12, 7:35 pm

Hello Peter,

As duly appointed proxy for three owners in the complex, and in my own name, I submit the following official request for information in accordance with Strata Schemes Management Act (SSMA) 1996 Section 37.

Please forward my request to the Treasurer and the Secretary of the committee to provide the following information and clarification.

Someone drew my attention to the possibility that the levies for EC member Ms. BS are not paid by herself but somebody else.

I am not going to speculate if such information is true or not, but will check it. That is the best approach to any problem. I am not interested or involved in gossips. If there is something that intrigues me, I deal with it and investigate openly.

a) Please confirm if a third-party is really involved in paying the levies for Ms. BS.

b) If so, does the third-party have any business interest or enjoy benefit in the complex (either directly or indirectly)?

c) Likewise, is there any other member of the Executive Committee who might enjoy similar privileges and get levies paid by a third-party?

The third-party includes members of the family, religious or other organizations and communities, companies, and so on.

It could well be that there is nothing to worry about. But checking it is certainly important.

Consider these questions very seriously.
