The examples of mismanaged, or illegal, or overcharged expenses that owners corporation paid in FY 2012/2013 are enclosed herewith.
Note that the role of the Treasurer and Secretary of the Executive Committee has been delegated to the Strata Manager Mr. Peter Bone throughout the financial year and the Chairperson was only elected at the EC meeting held on 28 August 2013.
The losses to owners corporation are, at a minimum, $69,469.00 this financial year alone (more details will be presented before or at the AGM 2013).
As always, anyone who doubts these figures can either verify them personally or ask questions.

Now that I am back from business trips, some updates for owners.
I believe every owner cares about their own money, so it is good to present this summary for open discussion.
