evening,
For the second time in less than two weeks, elevator in Block D has
been out of order today. That comes just two months after major
upgrades that should guarantee smooth operation for many years
ahead.
In both cases, not only tenants in Block D have been disadvantaged
by being forced to use stairs, but tenants in Block C and A are
exposed to possible intruders through wide-open and unmonitored
Fire Doors 2 and 3 (photos attached).
The elevator in Block D has been out of action for at least several
hours and there is reasonable fear that it will not be repaired
until Sunday morning.
