Hello,
Here is a REPEATED request to provide the following evidence by the end of this week (these are electronic versions so they are on-line and readily available):
a) Full financial PDFs for the following years:
FY 2001 (ending 31 August 2001)
FY 2002 (ending 31 August 2002)
FY 2005 (ending 31 August 2005)
FY 2006 (ending 31 August 2006)
They exist because after a very belated response, you provided them for FY 2003 and 2004.
b) Proof about the public liability insurance by Lot 3 for the last eight years.
c) Forward to me the FULL and unmodified version of the email that Mr. Gary Webb allegedly sent the the Solicitor Adrian Mueller on 23 February 2012.
d) Forward to me the FULL and unmodified version of the email that Mr. Paul Banoob allegedly sent to the Solicitor Adrian Mueller on 5 March 2012.
e) Forward to me the FULL and unmodified version of the email that Mr. Bruce Copland allegedly sent to the EC members on 9 July 2012 (after what he originally called an EC meeting but now we call a "private gathering").
f) Forward to me the FULL and unmodified version of the email that the Solicitor Adrian Mueller sent to Mr. Peter Bone on 16 July 2012.
g) Forward to me the FULL and unmodified version of the email that Mr. Peter Bone sent to the Solicitor Adrian Mueller on 25 July 2012.
h) Forward to me the FULL and unmodified versions of the emails that Mr. Bruce Copland and Mr. Peter Bone sent to the Solicitor Adrian Mueller to reopen CTTT case SCS 12/32675 on 7 December 2012 (or around that time).
i) Forward to me the FULL and unmodified version of the email that Mr. Paul Banoob allegedly sent to the Solicitor Adrian Mueller on 5 March 2012.
j) Solicitor's Standard Costs Agreement and Standard Costs Disclosure for the CTTT case SCS 12/05845. Solicitor Adrian Mueller himself could not provide it to the Office of Legal Services Commissioner, which means it did not exist at any time until now.
k) Explanation why was By-Law Express paid $400.00 on 28 Mar 2013 when the Special-By-Laws have not been registered yet.
The other issues that I submitted over the last eight months are part of a new folder to be presented to the CTTT.
A very crucial advice: any submissions without evidence will be used as error of law. That is what I am going to do for case SCS 12/32675 if the CTTT makes any attempt to give a wrong decision.
